The CNRS Research Group "Photoelectrostimulation" (PES) aims to bring together a diverse community of chemists to tackle multidisciplinary challenges related to the transformation and evolution of matter under electrical and/or light stimulation. This network fosters research that combines the design of electro- and photo-active systems with the understanding of underlying phenomena, integrating instrumental innovations and advanced modeling tools.
The next plenary days of the GDR PES will take place this year in Strasbourg on Monday, January 27 (afternoon) and Tuesday, January 28, 2025. These meetings are open to everyone, including physicists, biologists, and researchers passionate about using photons and electrons to trigger reactions in matter. Together, we will explore how matter responds to these stimuli, addressing current challenges in health, environment, and energy fields.
